Ms. Fischer joined Energy Spectrum in 2005 and serves as Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer. Her responsibilities include the oversight of the firm’s financial and tax reporting functions, as well as the internal accounting department. Ms. Fischer provides operational support to the organization in areas including strategic planning, financial forecasting and treasury management. Additionally, she is actively involved in working with investors and the coordination of the financial reporting obligations of all underlying portfolio investments. During her tenure at Energy Spectrum, she has been instrumental in developing and growing a complete financial reporting team. Prior to joining Energy Spectrum, Ms. Fischer spent seven years working in public accounting. During that time, she provided tax compliance and consultation services to clients within the financial services, energy and private client service industries. This work included roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Fischer holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University, Mays Business School. She graduated summa cum laude and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2000.
