Mr. Smith joined Energy Spectrum in 2023. His responsibilities include conducting financial due diligence, transaction execution, and monitoring investment performance. Prior to joining Energy Spectrum, Mr. Smith was a Senior Associate at Payward, Inc., a global financial services provider. Prior to his time at Payward, Mr. Smith was an Associate at CIC Partners, a private equity fund focused on energy, industrial, food and restaurant investments. Mr. Smith began his career as an investment banker in the Global Energy Group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Smith received a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
