ESGEN is a special purpose acquisition vehicle that completed its initial public offering in October 2021 (NASDAQ: ESAC).  In April 2023, ESGEN reached an agreement to merge with Sunergy Renewables, a leading provider of residential solar and energy efficiency solutions.
