Frontier Midstream Solutions Fund IV

In April 2019, Frontier Midstream Solutions IV (“Frontier IV”) entered into a joint venture agreement with Concho Resources (NYSE: CXO) in which Frontier IV will develop and operate a greenfield crude oil gathering, transportation and storage system in the Northern Midland Basin (the “Beta Crude Connector” or “BCC”), supporting continued crude oil production in the region.  Energy Spectrum exited the business in March 2023.
