MV Midstream

Formed in December 2017, MV Midstream (“MVM”) was created by Energy Spectrum and MVP Holdings to pursue greenfield and acquisition opportunities in crude oil and liquids-rich natural gas basins. In December 2017, MVM announced the formation of Great Salt Plains Midstream Holdings (“GSPM”), which owns and operates a crude oil and natural gas gathering and processing system primarily located in Kingfisher and Major Counties, OK.  The system includes approximately 220 miles of pipeline and a cryogenic processing plant with capacity of 70 million cubic feet per day.
