Santa Fe Midstream

In August 2017, Santa Fe Midstream (“Santa Fe”) secured an opportunity to develop a natural gas gathering, treating, compression and processing system within the emerging horizontal San Andres play in West Texas.  The system is anchored by a substantial acreage dedication from Ring Energy (NYSE: REI), by way of its acquisition of Wishbone Energy Partners, a portfolio company of Quantum Energy Partners.  Santa Fe completed construction and commissioned the system in February 2019.  In December 2020, Stakeholder Midstream announced its acquisition of Santa Fe.
