Vesta Midstream Partners

Formed in January 2017, Vesta Midstream Partners (“Vesta”) constructed a natural gas gathering system (the “Oil City Gathering and Processing System”) in Carter County, OK. The assets were ultimately sold to an affiliate of Candor Midstream in December 2019.
