Mr. Stewart joined Energy Spectrum in 2007 and serves as the Director of Financial Reporting. His responsibilities include management of the firm’s financial and tax reporting functions, as well as the firm’s internal accounting function. Additionally, he is involved with investor communications and serves as a liaison with portfolio companies to further enhance the reporting process. Prior to joining Energy Spectrum, Mr. Stewart worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2003 to 2007. During that time, he provided tax and audit services to clients within the energy, manufacturing and defense industries. Mr. Stewart received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2006.
